I’m an ex Royal Marine and have been training people in Hale village for over 15 years.

I train all types of people and have a passion of making training fun and enjoyable. By effective workouts in a friendly environment and easy to understand.

I have had countless success stories over the years helping people reach there goals and after my starting career I know how to get results.

Stuart

Owner and director of P’T Hale, Stuart has been involved in the growth and development of the business since day 1.

He is obsessed with helping people be their best. Stuart’s clients are from all walks of life from professional sports people right through to the elderly and retired and school children.

With over 17 years experience in the industry Stuart brings in depth knowledge and an unparalleled enthusiasm to help get the best out of you.

Charlotte

I am dedicated and committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals, whether you’re looking to lose weight, build strength, or improve overall health.

I will create a personalised training plan tailored to your needs, and will help you get on track with your nutrition. So get ready to sweat, work hard and see positive results with me by your side.

 

Lee

I’m Lee, and I have been involved in personal training for over 10 years, during that time I have delivered over 25,000 one to one personal training sessions.

Whether you are a young aspiring sports person, a businessman or lady who is struggling with motivation, a keen athlete wanting to push your body to the next level, a pregnant or post natal female or someone who just generally wants to enjoy there training then I am the PT for you, we will achieve your goals in a consistent and fun way.

Hannah

I’m Hannah. I am a level 3 personal trainer (soon to be level 4) and weight loss specialist, who is passionate about healthy eating and training for strength and wellbeing.

With a 15 year corporate career behind me I fully understand the challenges of trying to balance a busy family life with work and fitness. Come and train with me and I’ll help you maximise your precious time for exercise, so that you achieve your health and fitness goals is a realistic and sustainable way.

Neil

I have a deep rooted passion for all aspects of sport, exercise, health and well-being.

I always strive to perfrom to the best of my ability in all aspects of my life. I use my knowledge and many years of experience in coaching to ensure my clients do the same.

Over the last 11 years as a coach, I have helped a broad range of clients achieve their goals, from footballers to triathletes.
